Preheat the oven to 400F. Sift the flour, the corn flour, the baking powder and the salt into a large bowl. Make a well, pour in the slightly beaten eggs and blend with an electric beater. Add the melted butter, the sugar and the milk and whisk to a completely smooth and liquid batter. Lightly butter a bread pan and fill with the mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
