CORN BREAD
Preheat the oven to 400F. Sift the flour, the corn flour, the baking powder and the salt into a large bowl. Make a well, pour in the slightly beaten eggs and blend with an electric beater. Add the melted butter, the sugar and the milk and whisk to a completely smooth and liquid batter. Lightly butter a bread pan and fill with the mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Unmold onto a rack and serve warm. Ingredients: 
1 1/3 cups corn flour
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 pack baking powder
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 pinch salt

Tip: 
The cornbread is cooked when the dough is easily removed from the sides of the pan.
